Who we are
These terms govern your use of software, services, and content made available by RealityOverlay OÜ, a private limited company registered in Estonia under registry code 17570919, with its registered office at Sepapaja tn 6, 15551 Tallinn, Estonia — including the Ani4Ki browser extension, Plus licence, and related services.
Free tier
The free tier of Ani4Ki is provided at no cost, as-is, without warranty of any kind. You are free to use, uninstall, and reinstall it.
Plus licences
A Plus licence unlocks additional features (slider access, extended preset library, advanced effects, cloud sync, preset export). Plus is sold either as a recurring monthly subscription or as a one-time lifetime purchase, at the prices displayed at checkout.
- Monthly: billed automatically each month until cancelled. Cancel anytime from your Lemon Squeezy account; access continues through the end of the paid period.
- Lifetime: a one-time payment granting access to the version of the software sold, plus reasonable updates within the same product line. Lifetime does not guarantee access to unrelated future products.
Refunds
We offer a 14-day refund on any Plus purchase, for any reason, by writing to support@realityoverlay.studio with the email address used at purchase. Refunds after 14 days are at our discretion. Platform-specific refund policies (Chrome Web Store, Steam) apply where relevant.
Acceptable use
- Don't reverse-engineer the license check, share license keys, or resell access without written permission.
- Don't use the software in any way that violates the terms of the platforms it runs on (Chrome Web Store, Steam, YouTube, etc.).
- Don't use the software to bypass DRM on content you don't have the right to access. Ani4Ki is designed for DRM-free sources; we do not condone circumventing legitimate content protection.
No warranty
The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. RealityOverlay is not liable for any damages arising from use or inability to use the software, except where such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised date at the top. Continued use after a change indicates acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Disputes not resolved informally will be subject to the competent courts of Estonia, unless local consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
